gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/riscv/riscv-vsetvl.cc (vector_insn_info::get_avl_or_vl_reg): New function.
(pass_vsetvl::compute_local_properties): Fix bug.
(pass_vsetvl::commit_vsetvls): Ditto.
