gccrs: Improve type checking for if expressions
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* typecheck/rust-hir-type-check-expr.cc
(TypeCheckExpr::visit): Expect if conditions to have type bool.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* rust/compile/type-if.rs: New test.
