[Ada] Fix typo in "accommodate" in docs and comments
gcc/ada/
* doc/gnat_rm/representation_clauses_and_pragmas.rst: Fix typo.
* gnat_rm.texi: Regenerate.
* libgnat/s-secsta.ads (Memory_Alignment): Likewise.
