sourcebuild.texi (Front End): Remove references to CVS and CVSROOT/modules.
* doc/sourcebuild.texi (Front End): Remove references to CVS
and CVSROOT/modules.
(Texinfo Manuals): Replace reference to CVS by one to SVN.
(Back End): Remove reference to CVS.
