Drop stabs from h8/300 and v850 ports
gcc/
* config.gcc (h8300-*-elf*): Do not include dbxelf.h.
(h8300-*-linux*, v850-*-rtems*, v850*-elf*): Likewise.
* config/v850/v850.h (DEFAULT_GDB_EXTENSIONS): Remove.
