	* tree.c (process_call_operands): Propagate TREE_READONLY from the
	operands.
	(PROCESS_ARG): Do not clear TREE_READONLY if CONSTANT_CLASS_P.
	(build3_stat): Propagate TREE_READONLY for COND_EXPR.
