tree.c, tree.h (build_parse_node): Remove; was identical to build_nt.
* tree.c, tree.h (build_parse_node): Remove; was identical to
build_nt.
* c-lang.c (start_cdtor), objc/objc-act.c
(build_module_descriptor): Use build_nt instead of
build_parse_node.
