gccrs: add math intrinsics
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* backend/rust-builtins.cc (BuiltinsContext::setup_math_fns): New functions.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* rust/compile/torture/intrinsics-math.rs: New test.
