(reemit_notes): Likewise. * print-rtl.c (print_rtx): Likewise. * sched-deps (sched-analyze): Likewise. * rtl.c (note_insn_name): Likewise. * rtl.h (NOTE_RANGE_INFO, NOTE_LIVE_INFO): Kill.
