objc-act.c (hash_init): Assume xmalloc always succeeds, also use memset to clear the hash tables.

also use memset to clear the hash tables.
(hash_enter): Assume xmalloc always succeeds.
(hash_add_attr): Ditto.
(continue_class): Ditto.
