lang.c (java_dummy_print): Constify a char*.
* lang.c (java_dummy_print): Constify a char*.
(lang_print_error): Likewise.
(lang_init): Remove redundant prototype for `print_error_function'.
(lang_init_source): Likewise.
(lang_identify): Constify a char*.
