AArch64: Disable `omp declare variant' tests for aarch64 [PR96342]
These tests are x86 specific and shouldn't be run for aarch64.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
PR target/96342
* c-c++-common/gomp/declare-variant-14.c: Make i?86 and x86_64 target
only test.
* gfortran.dg/gomp/declare-variant-14.f90: Likewise.
