c++: avoid weird #line paths in std-name-hint.h
etags was getting confused by the #line pathnames in std-name-hint.h that
don't match my directory layout; let's avoid encoding information about
a particular developer's $(srcdir) in the generated file.
gcc/cp/ChangeLog:
* Make-lang.in: Don't pass the full path to gperf.
* std-name-hint.h: Regenerate.
