arm: [MVE intrinsics] remove V2DF from MVE_vecs iterator
V2DF is not supported by MVE, so remove it from the only iterator
which contains it.
gcc/ChangeLog:
* config/arm/iterators.md (MVE_vecs): Remove V2DF.
