sdbout.c (SDB_GENERATE_FAKE): Remove.
* sdbout.c (SDB_GENERATE_FAKE): Remove.
(gen_fake_label): Don't use SDB_GENERATE_FAKE.
* system.h: Poison SDB_GENERATE_FAKE.
* doc/tm.texi (SDB_GENERATE_FAKE): Remove.
