re PR c/12802 (-fms-extensions documentation problem)

	PR c/12802
	* doc/extend.texi (Unnamed Fields): Remove "." from end of long
	title.  Document interaction with -fms-extensions.
	* doc/invoke.texi (-fms-extensions): Refer to Unnamed Fields
	section.
