common.opt (fdump-unnumbered-links): New.
* common.opt (fdump-unnumbered-links): New.
* doc/invoke.texi (-fdump-unnumbered-links): Document it.
* print-rtl.c (flag_dump_unnumbered_links): New.
(print_rtx): Test it.
