doc: Remove references to FreeBSD 1 and 2
FreeBSD 1 and FreeBSD 2, both still a.out, have been end of life for
over two decades and GCC has not been supporting them for ages, too,
so simply remove references.
gcc:
* doc/install.texi (*-*-freebsd*): Remove references to
FreeBSD 1 and FreeBSD 2.
