docs: rename DEBUGGER_REGISTER_NUMBER in texi
gcc/ChangeLog: * doc/tm.texi.in: Rename DEBUGGER_REGISTER_NUMBER to DEBUGGER_REGNO. * doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
