* config/v850/v850.c: Remove redundant extern declarations for
last_assemble_variable_decl and size_directive_output.
* doc/tm.texi.in: Document JMP_BUF_SIZE.
* doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
* config/sparc/sparc.h (JMP_BUF_SIZE): Do not define.
* config/pa/pa.h (JMP_BUF_SIZE): Likewise.
* config/stormy16/stormy16.h: Likewise.
* config/picochip/picochip.c: Do not define DONT_USE_BUILTIN_SETJMP.
* doc/sourcebuild.texi: Add missing subdirectories.
