re PR other/12009 (g++.dg, compat.exp fail to crosscompile testcases)
PR other/12009
* g++.dg/compat/compat.exp: Do not set LD_LIBRARY_PATH when
testing a cross compiler, it causes spurious compile failures.
* lib/g++.exp: Likewise.
