	pthread operations.

	protocols as appropriate for Locking_Policy 'C' and 'I'.
	* s-taprop-posix.adb: Minor reformatting to make it more similar
	to s-taprop-linux.adb.

	Handle properly a multi- level derivation involving both renamed
