pa.c (pa_emit_move_sequence): Always force (const (plus (symbol) (const_int))) to const mem.
* config/pa/pa.c (pa_emit_move_sequence): Always force
(const (plus (symbol) (const_int))) to const mem. Put REG_EQUAL
note on insn.
