LoongArch: testsuite: Fix gcc.dg/vect/bb-slp-77.c.
The issue is the same as 12383255fe4e82c31f5e42c72a8fbcb1b5dea35d.
Neither is .REDUC_PLUS set for V2SImode on LoongArch, so add it
to the list of targets not expecting BB vectorization.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.dg/vect/bb-slp-77.c: Add loongarch*-*-* to the list
of expected failing targets.
