MIPS: Add support for -mcrc and -mginv options.

* config/mips/mips.h (ASM_SPEC): Pass through -mcrc, -mno-crc,
-mginv and -mno-ginv to the assembler.
* config/mips/mips.opt (-mcrc): New option.
(-mginv): Likewise.
* doc/invoke.text (-mcrc): Document.
(-mginv): Likewise.
