configure.ac (mips*-sde-elf*): New stanza.
* configure.ac (mips*-sde-elf*): New stanza. Add target-libiberty
to $skipdirs and only disable gprof for newlib. Use the normal
mips*-elf* handling in other respects.
* configure: Regnerate.
