linux.h (CRIS_LINK_SUBTARGET_SPEC): Translate -B-options to -rpath-link.
* config/cris/linux.h (CRIS_LINK_SUBTARGET_SPEC):
Translate -B-options to -rpath-link. Correct existing
rpath-link and conditionalize on !nostdlib.
