[testsuite] require profiling support [PR113689]
pr113689 testcases use -fprofile without testing for profiling
support. Fix them.
for gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog

* gcc.target/i386/pr113689-1.c: Require profiling support.
* gcc.target/i386/pr113689-2.c: Likewise.
