* defaults.h: Provide default definitions for: CHAR_TYPE_SIZE, SHORT_TYPE_SIZE, INT_TYPE_SIZE, LONG_TYPE_SIZE, LONG_LONG_TYPE_SIZE, WCHAR_TYPE_SIZE, FLOAT_TYPE_SIZE, DOUBLE_TYPE_SIZE, LONG_DOUBLE_TYPE_SIZE, and WCHAR_UNSIGNED. * cppexp.c, dwarfout.c, dwarf2out.c, emit-rtl.c, final.c, optabs.c, profile.c, sdbout.c, tradcif.y, tree.c, ch/decl.c, ch/timing.c, cp/decl.c, cp/rtti.c, f/com.c, f/com.h, java/decl.c, java/expr.c: Include defaults.h if not already included.
