* sem_ch12.adb (Inline_Instance_Body): Use Save_Scope_Stack and
push Standard on the stack before analyzing the instance body,
in order to have a clean visibility environment.
* sem_ch12.adb (Inline_Instance_Body): Remove redundant code.
