* doc/invoke.texi (Option Summary) Move -no-canonical-prefixes to
Directory Options, and -specs= to Overall Options.
(Overall Options): Adjust similarly. Reorder to group related
options together. Make -specs= cross-reference the spec file details.
(Directory Options): Adjust similarly.
