mips.h (INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Simplify.
* config/mips/mips.h (INITIALIZE_TRAMPOLINE): Simplify.
* config/mips/mips.c (mips_load_got): Assume Pmode == ptr_mode.
* config/mips/mips.md (extendsidi2, *extendsidi2): Merge. Don't accept
contant operands.
