-mcpu=powerpc.
* config/generic/bits/ctype_specializations.h (ctype<char>::is):
Make more generic.
* config/bsd: New directory.
* config/bsd/ctype.cc: New.
* config/bsd/bits/ctype_base.h (ctype_base): New.
* config/bsd/bits/ctype_specializations.h: New.
* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_CTYPE): Add bsd tests.
