alpha.c (reg_not_elim_operand): New.
* alpha.c (reg_not_elim_operand): New. * alpha.h (PREDICATE_CODES): Add it. * alpha.md (s48addq, s48subq patterns): Use it as the predicate for the multiplicand. From-SVN: r23650
