defaults.h (CONSTANT_ADDRESS_P): Provide a default definition.
* defaults.h (CONSTANT_ADDRESS_P): Provide a default definition.
Make sure that it does not allow CONST_DOUBLEs.
* doc/tm.texi (CONSTANT_ADDRESS_P): Update description.
* config/avr/avr.h (CONSTANT_ADDRESS_P): Delete.
