unwind-c.c: Define NO_SIZE_OF_ENCODED_VALUE.
* unwind-c.c: Define NO_SIZE_OF_ENCODED_VALUE. * unwind-pe.h (size_of_encoded_value): Do not define if NO_SIZE_OF_ENCODED_VALUE is defined. From-SVN: r67930
