[Ada] Adjust style in support for CUDA_Execute pragma
gcc/ada/ * sem_prag.adb (Is_Acceptable_Dim3): Use Is_RTE to not pull CUDA package unless necessary; rename local Tmp variable; iterate with procedural Next.
