tinfo.cc (__dynamic_cast): Use a reinterpret_cast.
* tinfo.cc (__dynamic_cast): Use a reinterpret_cast. Fix
offsetof expansion.
* inc/cxxabi.h: Fix typos in comment.
(__base_class_info::__offset): Use a static_cast.
