Support Intel AMX-FP8
In this patch, we will support AMX-FP8 feature. Since in the
foreseeable future, only AMX-MOVRS will also use VEX_MAP5, we
currently will not add a table of 256 entries and handle just
like MAP7.

* i386-init.h: Regenerated.
* i386-mnem.h: Ditto.
* i386-opc.h: Add cpuamx_fp8.
* i386-opc.tbl: Add AMX_FP8 instructions.
* i386-tbl.h: Regenerated.
