Add or1k target to --enable-targets=all
The or1k-tdep.o object is missing from the ALL_TARGET_OBS, which means
it's not currently included in an --enable-targets=all build.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* Makefile.in (ALL_TARGET_OBS): Add or1k-tdep.o.
