* configure.in: Make sure we only replace RPATH_ENVVAR on
lines which begin with RPATH_ENVVAR, i.e. add "^" to the
regexp to sed.
* Makefile.in (BASE_FLAGS_TO_PASS): Pass RRPATH_ENVVAR down
to sub-makes.
