gas: aarch64: Add flag for GICv5
Generic Interrupt Controller v5, GICv5, adds new system registers
and system instructions. These are enabled with the +gcie flag, where
gcie stands for GICv5 (Generic Interrupt Controller) CPU Interrupt
Extension.
