gdb/gdb-gdb.gdb.in: skip gdb::ref_ptr<.*>::get
I think it's uninteresting to step into gdb::ref_ptr::get, so add a skip
entry for it. I am adding just one to get the party started, but there
are certainly more like this that we could skip.
