GDB: aarch64-linux: GCS support in Linux signals
The signal frame can have a GCS context, so teach GDB how to use it.
Also, there's a new SEGV sigcode when the inferior does an illegal
memory access in the Guarded Control Stack, so display a message when
that is the case.
