x86-64: Add -z max-page-size=0x200000 -z noseparate-code to IFUNC tests
Add -z max-page-size=0x200000 -z noseparate-code since these tests
check for exact addresses.
* testsuite/ld-ifunc/ifunc-2-local-x86-64-now.d: Add
-z max-page-size=0x200000 -z noseparate-code.
