* lib/gdb.exp: Fix runto.
* gdb.base/signals.exp: Check for a gdb,nosignals feature of
the target.
* gdb.base/watchpoint.exp: Fix regexp.
Random miscellaneous fixes. Gotta dig up all these global variables someday..
