RISC-V: Remove implicit enablement of Zvknha from Zvkn.
Accroding to the Crypto spec, the Zvkned,Zvknhb,Zvkb and Zvkt are
included in the Zvkn. So the Zvknha should be removed from Zvkn.

* elfxx-riscv.c: Remove zvknha from zvkn.
