* Makefile.am (INCLUDES, DEP_INCLUDES): Remove -D_GNU_SOURCE.
Run "make dep-am".
* configure.in: Invoke AC_GNU_SOURCE.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* config.in: Regenerate.
* configure: Regenerate.
