* configure.in (host_tools): Remove cgen. * Makefile.in (all-cgen): Remove; runs from its source directory. (check-cgen, install-cgen, clean-cgen): Likewise. (all-opcodes): No not depend on all-cgen. (all-sim): Likewise.
