Changes to make the gdb.tar.Z rule work better.
* Makefile.in (GDB_SUPPORT_DIRS): Add opcodes.
(DEVO_SUPPORT): Add configure.texi.
(bfd-ilrt.tar.Z): Remove ancient rule.
